Ignis Lucis Diet

The Hypo-Allergetic, Anti-Sickness, Energy Increasing, Intelligence Enhancing, Anti-Aging, Ultimate Weight Loss Diet.... Or simply the 'Ignis Lucis Diet'

List of Things to Never Eat:
(I apologize, you won't like this)
*Note: I am not a Doctor (Not that doctors actually study nutrition)
Wheat, Barley, Rye, Buck Wheat, Oats
Dairy
Peas
Peanuts
Tree Nuts
Eggs
Fish and Shellfish
Soy
Red Meat
Gluten
Hydrogenated Oils
Palm Oil
Also do not eat:
Genetically Modified Organisms
Artificial Stuff
Added salt
Added oils
Added sugars
Fried foods
Sodium Nitrite, BHA, or BHT
Sodium Benzoate
Sulfites

FOODS YOU CAN EAT!
Eat to loose weight:
Apples
Cantaloupe
Oranges
Watermelon
Mellons
Strawberries
Pineapple
Avocados (limit due to high fat content)
Mangoes
Grapes
Spinach (No Salt Added)
Kiwi
Peaches
Lemons
Green Beans (No salt added)
Most Herbs are good, especially bitter herbs
Most organic fruit is good, but I suggest those above
Eat to gain weight:
Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes
Yams
Pumpkin
Black Beans
Chick Peas (No Peas though!)
Plantains
Bananas
Honey
Hemp Protein
Glutinous/Sticky Rice (Does not contain gluten)
*Corn and White Rice are safe to eat but will make you fat.
Corn can also damage your teeth.

Eat, but limit:
Chicken or Turkey
(No fillers, and not processed,
preferably one to four times a month,
cooked in sake without sulfites,
and or cooked in rice vinegar,
and cooked with plenty of herbs.)
*Note: No alcohol or meat when sick
Things you can drink:
Mango Juice
Orange Juice
Apple Juice (No sugar added)
Hemp-milk (but drink water too)
Coconut Milk
Almond Milk
Lemon Juice (No sugar added)
Drink lots of distilled or mineral water!

If you must and you are not allergic foods:
(Do not eat when sick or if you have an autoimmune disease,
such as eczema)

Wild caught Tilapia with Cilantro
Wild caught Salmon with Cilantro
Goat's Milk
Hazelnuts
Super Sharp Cheddar Cheese (to gain weight)
(Limit the above if you suffer from acne
and drink lots of water after a fatty meal)
